50 years of ongoing research…
GenerationPMTO is an evidenced based intervention with more then 50 years of evidence supporting its effectiveness within a range of parenting contexts. As researchers, we understand the importance of rigorous research to document the effectiveness of the intervention. We use a 3-prong approach consisting of theory, which we use to develop the intervention, then research by applying in real settings and then using those findings to inform our theory. This page highlights the ongoing research that supports GenerationPMTO effectiveness across different family types, ages and contextual issues across the world.
